Excellent service from start to finish

Had the usual real estate agents come and value our property.they basically all said the same thing don’t do anything sell it as is and you will get approximately this much . A friend of mine said try Garry O’Brien from Farr real estate. From the first handshake with Garry till the last handshake was total professionalism. After he inspected the property he came up with a list of ideas too improve the look of the property and get a better price. We implemented Garry’s ideas and some of our own in consultation with Garry. When the house was ready for sale Garry organised the photographer on the Wednesday and had the open home on the Saturday and got multiple offers one being $20000.00 over the asking price which ended up being the new owners. I could not recommend Garry O’Brien highly enough and will definitely be using him for all my property needs in the future.
