Our Experience with Richard

Our first experience with Richard was when we had a block of land, that no local real estate wanted to market it, unless we were giving it away. We met Richard onsite, he sited the block of land and said "I have got someone for it!" He actually did have a couple of buyers. We were a bit hesitant to his attitude about the buyers but, true to his word, we had a contract the next day. Well above our expectations, it was under contract within a couple days. Within 6 months, we were ready to downsize and asked Richard to view the house. His eagerness and professionalism came through again, the house was not even on the market and once again he had buyers and we sold our house within 24 hours. We most certainly recommend Richard. He is one of the few people that says what he means.
