Partner and I decided we needed to vacate the area we were living in and make the move to Hervey Bay. We both went through the process of searching for properties that suited our needs. We viewed a number of properties through various real estate agents and came upon a listing from Faunt Property Group. After making an enquiry on said property, we were contacted by Kristy it make an appointment for viewing. Kristy was make than accommodating in working with our working hours. An appointment date and time was set and I met with Kristy at the property. Although the property didn’t meet all requirements, (we have a cat but the property wasn’t fully fenced), Kristy was very understanding and patient. She mentioned a few other properties that were available so my partner and I spent the weekend driving around and looking the recommended properties. We found one that we both fell in love with. Nice house, quiet area….and fences for the bloody cat. I emailed Kristy on the Monday and a time for viewing was set. After inspecting the property, we asked Kristy if we could put in an application on the spot. Two weeks later, we were moving into our new home. Kristy was very professional, courteous and very helpful. Nothing was a hassle for her, (that’s what she told us anyway 🤣), the other staff we dealt with were very receiving and it was really a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Faunt Property Group to anyone looking for professional real estate agents. Kristy is well worth her weight in gold (She told me to say that 🤪)
