•I have experienced several teething problems with this duplex and have found your staff lacking in the “can do” department regarding the building maintenance problems, and no 1 agent has been responsible. Emails have flown everywhere with no context and attachments left off. The builders maintenance people have been working with me as the agent has them confused, and the agent, Jessica, has been rude to them. 1 item, range hood in unit 1, only required the appliance being plugged in to work, but your agent didn’t try and find a solution to the problem before throwing emails everywhere. I understand that the holiday period was disrupting, however I didn’t need the new tenant in unit 2 complaining about the units cleanliness on move in. This should have been addressed prior. Also the lawn maintenance was clearly stated that I would be responsible, however this was missed. I repeatedly requested what arrangements were in place for this, but until I phoned and directly questioned Nikki, I was gaslighted on this. I need 1 agent to be responsible for my property, 1 agent that is totally responsible for any communication with myself and the builders maintenance team . I agent where the buck stops. I expect to be in the communication , however I do not want to be the one to be liaising with the builders maintenance team. I also expect your agents to have keys, access arrangements in place when the tradesman are available to fix any problems. Rescheduling is not acceptable because your agents cannot make it happen. All in all it’s been a rocky road, hopefully smooth sailing ahead.
