Lucas was amazing, from my first phone call with him the service was fantastic. Arranged a meeting quickly, was on time and always responded to any query I had a long the way. Gave me the list range on the day - no waiting for him to do research, he knew the market and the demand and he was spot on! The advertising strategy worked, we had multiple offers in the first weekend and I had accepted an offer by the Tuesday. Great communication before, during and after the sale, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Lucas and his team!
