Absolutely Brilliant

We received advice from 3 agents in regards to a sale price for our house. After inspection Janelle told us a price which was $85000 and $65000 respectfully more than the 2 previous 2 agents. We weren't sure if this was possible or not, but after listening to Janelle we decided to give her the opportunity to sell our property. Not only did Janelle manage to sell our house immediately, she also managed to get the full asking price, a whopping $85000 more than another agent told us to list it at and hope to get near that price. Janelle is such a lovely person who takes the time to listen and really cares about her clients. We are an elderly couple with no access to the internet, therefore we are not able to receive emails or print off any paperwork needed by our solicitor. Janelle offered assistance in these matters whenever we needed it, we did need her help several times and she was always just so willing and happy to assist.
