As you will see in the front photos, it is a 2 storey residence. But it is broken up into 4 seperate accomodations, all different, unique in their own way. All with their own private entrance. Room 2 is upstairs. As you enter, you walk into the open plan living, dining and full sized kitchen. Off to one side is then the bathroom. Coming off of the lounge space is the seperate bedroom. With it being rooming accomodation, we can not have couples in this room, we are only allowed to approve an individual. We also can not have pets and obviously no children. However you do get all electricity paid for, all water paid for and free internet. Do not wait on messaging on this property, this is the first time this room has become available in a long time. The approved applicant will be given a 6 month lease and a such, 2 weeks rent is required up front as well as 4 weeks bond. To register for an inspection, please EMAIL an enquiry.
