Worked hard in a tough market

After Tim helped sell my sisters house in 3 days and her land in a few months, we knew we wanted to book Tim. We were hoping when we put the house on the market that it would be snatched up in a heartbeat by someone that loves it like we did. Unfortunately we chose a terrible time to sell the house, with what seemed to be a massive slump in the market, and people were not buying. Those that were buying, were buying at greatly dropped rates. Tim still managed to get people through the doors every time, with many viewings and continued to come up with different approaches to keep the property fresh on the market even after it being there for a little while. After a few months though he managed to get the right buyers in and was able to not only negotiate the sale of our house, but also the house we purchased so that we were able to meet at a comfortable place in our budget, and not lose a lot of profit, in a pretty unpredictable market. His communication during the process was unmatched, more like a friend than an agent in that time and he worked tirelessly to sell our little home on Bunney road. Thanks Tim! :) Erin, Rhys + Barkley
