Totally professional, good communicator, and demonstrated market knowledge.

Daniel is totally approachable and open in his communications. He made himself totally available, returning calls and emails promptly. If he promised he would do something, he kept his word, allaying the occasional vendor anxiety. He was totally professional throughout. He is a good communicator, open, and approachable. His market knowledge led to him to achieve a great result. I interviewed three agents prior to choosing Daniel, who was honest, offered options (the other agents did not) and made it clear he would work for as long as necessary to achieve a the best possible result. As it turned out, his advice led to a short campaign and great result.
