Inflexible

Katie was almost too keen to get the rental in place. It seemed like she was impatient to move on to the next rental. We raised concerns around the proposal and she was more concerned in justifying the proposal than addressing the concerns and coming up with a solution. We wondered whether she was looking after the interests of the tenant rather than the interests of us as landlords. With some persistence by us, a solution was found.
