Great experience

Knowledge was great. Very helpful and things progressed along fairly quickly. I was constantly updated with what was going on, I didn't have to chase anyone up which was one less thing that I needed to worry about. I was even updated beyond normal working hours which came in handy, especially on a Friday so I wasn't left wondering over the weekend.
