Happy Purchase of 140 acre farm in The Channon

We recently purchased a 140 acre farm in the Byron Hinterland through Paul Prior of Byron Bay First National Real Estate. Paul made the whole experience from the initial viewing, to secondary visits, questions for the vendor and final sale negotiation very easy for us. Purchasing the farm whilst still living in Sydney, it was important for us that we had an agent on the ground who was trustworthy, knew the area and was able to give us answers to many questions one has when planning such a "sea change". Paul offered on many occasions his time to not only show us the existing farm house, but also the land to to ensure we felt it was the right property for us. He was very informative and went out of his way to get answers when we asked questions to difficult to answer on the spot. Although Paul works for Byron Bay First National Real Estate, which is in the neighbouring shire to where we bought, we still felt that he was fully aware about important things to know in the Lismore council area. We have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Byron Bay First National Real Estate to anyone purchasing or buying a property in Byron and neighbouring shires.

Paul & Sharon

Paul and Sharon professionals extraordinaire. Your dedication, hard work, caring and follow-up are just a few of the outstanding attributes both of you possess. You carried out the sale of my property in the most knowledgable and professional manner (always with a smile and a positive attitude), nothing ever was too much trouble and your follow-up was unbelievable. You made me feel as though my property was the only one you were looking after. That in itself makes you both very unique and special individuals. I will miss dealing with you both but rest assured that I already have and will continue to recommend your excellent service to new potential clients. Thank you both so much for an outstanding job well done! With my warmest wishes, Lucia Kowalski
