Marketing proceeded swiftly and smoothly and we were particularly impressed by the photography and video work by Oliver. From our first meeting with real estate agent Helen Huntley-Barratt we were impressed by Helen’s excellent communication style. Helen was also a very good listener. Helen contacted us regularly, sometimes several times per day, updating us on enquiries from parties interested in our property. Helen diligently pursued potential buyers, some of whom had been off the radar for some time. It was clear to us that our interests as vendors were put first. It was also apparent that there is a team approach at First National Byron Bay. Emails came thick and fast from several team members, all on the job of selling our house.
