Seller's review

Paul is a helpful and professional sales agent.

I was impressed with Paul’s efforts during the marketing of my house (auction) and happy with the final sale result. He negotiated an $800k sale price on my I.P which was an excellent result based on the small room sizes and equally small land size. I was living abroad during the time of the sale and was able to converse with Paul via email. He mostly replied within 1 day of sending an email but sometimes 2 days or longer. Paul was responsive to all my requests and he helped me a lot during the entire process. I liked the way he kept the emails factual and to the point with minimal 'spin'. The most salient reason for recommending any Mullum vendor to use Paul (and his agency in Byron) is that he will always have listings in both Byron and Mullum; and therefore he can potentially bring Sydney (& interstate) buyers to your property in Mullum. We had a last minute Sydney buyer bidding at my auction and thus I think its better to use a Byron agent rather than the local ones. Many interstate city buyers only have Byron Bay on their minds when visiting the shire. However, Paul can market your house to them on the basis of it being better value for money compared to the high prices of Byron. Overall, I think Paul is a really helpful sales agent who will do his best for his vendors and purchasers. I did find the numerous requests for access somewhat tedious leading up to settlement. On reflection, he was just trying to do his best for the purchasers and to facilitate a timely settlement. On the day of the auction Paul helped me negotiate a high price executing an unconditional contract. I’m grateful for this and thus would recommend him to any vendor who wants to achieve a positive result.
