Knowledgeable and Professional

I was thinking of selling by 'private treaty'. Allen gave very good reasons why we should sell via auction. I accepted his advice and am now very happy with the result. Also, I was about to spend at least $5,000 to $6,000 on repairs; However, following Allen's advice the preparation of the property for sale, only cost about $1,500. Before auction, I was regularly updated with the results from 'open days', and queries I put to him. Allen very quickly impressed me with his knowledge and professional conduct in all aspects of our interaction. The bottom line is the great result he achieved for me. Highly recommend.
