We had met Cherelle previously and knew Cherelle was local. In fact Cherelle lived in our estate. We wanted someone who knew the market, was a great communicator and had experience in selling in our area. Cherelle met all this criteria and met our expectations including obtaining a price for our property we were hopeful of achieving so we could move on to our next exciting venture.
