It's been a pleasure to deal with Cooper.

I engaged Cooper, along with Lauren Rowe, to market my property at Redland Bay. Cooper is a polite, genuine, enthusiastic and knowledgeable person and these characteristics are just some that he presents to his clients as a sales agent. Cooper, had established a database of prospective buyers who he was able to make direct contact with in the days prior to my property being listed. On the first day of listing, Cooper showed three parties through the property and elicited two offers. As the property was unoccupied, he was also able to arrange further private viewings for potential purchases who were unable to attend the initial open house on the Saturday of the first week on the market. Some may say, that is part of the job, but Cooper made time for these people even though it would have been easy to say, ''be here Saturday for the open home''. Cooper is dedicated to knowing his market and understanding the needs of potential buyers. By gathering relevant information from interested buyers at previous properties he had worked with, he was able to provide me with a walk up start in the sale of my property. Cooper appears to have the ability to communicate well with varying age groups of sellers and buyers and has the skill of being a good listener and not a fast talking salesperson. In summary, my property elicited 8 offers and a contract after 6 days on the market and was unconditional within two weeks of listing.
