Extremely professional and helpful

For some time, I had been contemplating selling my investment property in Redland Bay. I can't remember how I came across Kim Healy; however, from the moment I first spoke to her I could tell that I had found the right agent to sell my property. She is extremely professional, extremely helpful and very honest. She was very upfront with all the costs including the marketing costs. Prior to putting the house on the market, I told Kim my expected sale price and she told me it was achievable. Kim conducted an open home on a Saturday and on the first open day we had three offers. One of which I accepted. I didn't expect to sell the property so quickly. What I also really like about Kim is that she is not shy on picking up the phone and calling you to give updates rather than relying on emails.
