Claire Nunn made Jenny and I feel at ease from the very first meeting. She communicated the full process and would come back with a valuation. She did her homework and gave us a very reasonable price range and had confidence in achieving that. Claire gave us advice on staging the premises and covered areas of marketing and signage which we approved and were professionally done. The photographer was also excellent. Claire constantly communicated and arranged for open house visits and we were very fortunate to get a good offer in a short time. Jenny and I are very pleased with the personal manner in which she dealt with us through the whole process. Claire also had a good rapport with our conveyancer.
