From the first visit we had from David, offering us the chance of an evaluation on our home in Watanobbi Road, we felt very impressed by his appearance and interest in our personal needs to sell our family home. These feelings stayed with us and even though some family member felt we needed another quote, early July we asked him back to actually arrange the sale of our property. The photos were taken on the 19th July and advertising began on 20 th. He kept us up to date following each Open House that he conducted and then on the 30 th July he advised us of an offer he had had made. We were given time to think about it, and accepted this. On the 16 th August the SOLD signs were posted on the for sale signs. We were thrilled with David's efforts on our behalf.
