So far so good.

I am a tenant, not an owner. It’s still early days into my tenancy, although my property manager seems lovely and has been efficient; I have rented through quite a few different agencies- good and bad past experiences and this is one that has had a good start. In saying that, there seems to be quite a few discrepancies with the condition report. The ingoing states things such as freshly planted trees (3) where there is only 1 that seems to be so dry it’s on its way out. And also walls throughout the house that are in excellent condition- no marks etc, although, they have old 3M hooks stuck on them and are covered in marks, scuffs and dirty hand marks. Not sure what’s happened there however it’s no major issue, just a tad strange. Aside from that, nothing negative to say and I’m quite happy with the service I’ve received from my property manager.
