Overwhelming professionalism

Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.
