Finally, an honest agent!!

First up, I must say I have bought and sold many properties over the past two decades. I have dealt with many agents, and know what to expect. I can honestly say Paul was fantastic. Paul listened to us, gave us updates as needed and provided us with honest feedback— not feedback that he thought we wanted to hear. As we own a unique property, it was hard to compare similar listings but Paul ensured us he could find the perfect buyer. Nothing was too hard. We had a few nibbles at the start, which he automatically declined, however after a few weeks we had a nice offer on the table. Most other agents would have tried talking us into taking the offer but Paul didn’t. He asked if we would allow him a few more weeks to find a better offer. We agreed. Sure enough, he found three buyers who all placed offers over a three day bidding war until we accepted an offer. An offer much higher than what was on offer weeks earlier. Paul had our best interests at heart and wanted the best price, not a quick sale. We will use Paul again, and highly recommend him and his team.
