Within one hour after I expressed an interest of applying for the property, the email on how to apply has landed in my inbox (not an automated generated message but a personal message including an alternative method of applying via a form not just via an online form, which is important to me). Within two days, we agreed on key terms (we do need to find common grounds on a few terms) and got everything done without procrastination. Overall I highly recommend Sasha for her efficiency, negotiation skills, pricing/market knowledge and ability to apply good strategies to get things done quickly.
