We couldn't have asked for a better person: Belinda was the perfect agent for the sale of our house. Her professionalism, excellent manners, positive attitude, friendship and 24-hours-7-days-a-week assistance was very reassuring. She did a thorough research for the correct price range, gave us much useful feedback for preparing our house for inspection, then presented her excellent price negotiation skills in talks with the potential buyers. All of it resulted in signing the contract within two weeks from listing the house on the market. Despite our house being already "under contract", Belinda continued opening it for inspection on the weekly basis until the contract became unconditional, just in case the original buyers changed their mind. The whole process had its dramas, due to solicitors' negligence and lack of their communication with the bank. However, Belinda stepped in again, pulling everything together and helping us reaching the settlement. We appreciate Belinda's assistance and professionalism very much and recommend her 100%.
