Consummate Professional

I could not have wished for a better real estate agent than Russell Parker. Right from when he first attended to view the property Russell Parker was very knowledgeable, professional, supportive and informative. It was a very unusual property to try and sell and Russell reassured me at that meeting that there is a buyer for every property. Which in time proved correct. He was available to offer reassurance whenever needed, and to followed up on any question that I posed to him. The complicating factor of the Council's overlay on the property made the potential buyers' pool even smaller. Annoyingly and disappointingly, there were several verbal offers for the property that were withdrawn before they were made official, and interest expressed in the property that evaporated when the offerors research the matter with the Council, and were provided with what I considered to be misinformation as to the scope and precise nature of the overlay. This major complication did not faze Russell, he kept a razor-like concentration on all those who had viewed the property, or had expressed an interest in it, and following up with them and kept touching base with them to bolster the possibly flagging interest in the property. Once the sales contract on the property was finally signed, and as there were conditions and several requested extensions, Russell continued to keep in contact with the purchaser throughout the period until it became unconditional, maximising the possibility of a successfully completed sale. Russell Parker was unfailing well-mannered throughout the whole process, and patient during my numerous calls to him over the period that the property was on the market He was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to use his services again, or recommend them to others.
