This quaint older building was once the Doctors Surgery in Boddington and has changed hands a few times since then. The current owners have leased it to the Hospital Auxiliary for many years now to run their OP shop that raises funds to purchase much needed items for our hospital. The Hospital Auxiliary pays all the outgoings and have spent money on air-conditioning and
other items to make it comfortable for all the volunteers who help out in the OP shop.
The Hospital Auxiliary are so keen to stay in the property to continue to raise much needed funds for our community.
The rental paid each month is $479. Ideally the buyer would be an investor who would allow the Hospital Auxiliary to continue renting the property for many years to come to benefit our community. The property has 4 separate rooms, 2 toilets, air-conditioning and a garden shed.
Any philanthropists out there who would like to continue the arrangement the current owners have in place. Priced to sell at $140,000.
*** There is no bathroom at the property but there are 2 toilets ***
