Rebecca did a superb job in selling my my Shoal Bay unit.

There were many inspections and 10 potential bueyrs at the Auction, however bidding did not achieve the k reserve price of $590K and the property was withdrawn from sale. However, although I was dissapointed, Rebecca requested an extra week assuring me that my goal price of $600k will be achieved. On that final day, she advised having two competing buyers eventually selling for $620k....an excelent result!!
