About us

Our Pottsville Beach Office was established by the Charlton Family in 1987 and in that time we are proud to have played an active role in the development of the village. Sponsors of the local Soccer, Netball and Hockey Clubs and facilitators of the Community Hall we pride ourselves on helping the community. At First National Pottsville Beach our staff are committed to the growth of the business and providing great customer service.

Approachable and knows the market

We went straight to Ben when we decided to sell the unit because our unit had been with the property managers at 1st National since we had owned it. He is very approachable and knows the market. We were happy with his valuation and felt that he didn’t over estimate it’s value. Once the unit went up for sale he kept us up to date about potential buyers. He negotiated with the purchasers and we accepted a fair price/offer. It was only a few weeks from when it went on the market and when we sold.

Ben is a wealth of knowledge

Ben was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He found my dream property, was very easy to work with and always accommodating in regards to inspections/ phone calls etc. Ben is a wealth of knowledge in the local market, and went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted.

We are overjoyed with our sale

We can’t fault the experience or service we had with Ben, he was extremely easy to work with, friendly and professional. Ben is a really experienced and knowledgeable agent. Ben helped us every step of the way, even lending his skills when it came to getting the house market ready. We had an offer in a matter of days and sold off market, it was the dream result. We couldn't be happier

As we are elderly people we were extremely happy with the way Ben treated us with total respect and care during the sale process in regards to understanding the value of our property he was spot on, we had obviously spoken to other agents prior to settling on appointing Ben as our agent.
