Estate Agents don't come much better ...

When we took a flight to the Gold Coast from Sydney with an eye to purchase a property, we found Dean Trewin. I worked with Dean on the sale of two properties within Elanora over a six month period. First National were very clear on the local market and the costs involved. The first property was put on the market in mid January. Within two weeks we had an offer that was higher than any other historically in the complex and the unit was settled in early March. The second property was a harder sell due to a softer market, yet Dean managed to achieve a price that was higher than recent comparable sales in the immediate, surrounding area. Within two months of going on the market the sale of the townhouse was finalised. Communication from Dean was consistently good as was his work ethic. The marketing plan was as promised and contributed to the quick sales around the price that I wanted. Overall I was very happy with the service and the outcomes from Dean Trewin and First National at The Pines.
