Best Agent I Have EVER Dealt With

Over the past 20 years I have bought and sold many properties and have had dealings with many real estate agents and agencies. I was given the name of Mark Dudley by a vendor who had recently sold a property in the local area and I decided to give him a call. Right from the start I found mark to be very personable and dynamic. He arranged all the usual advertising and marketing with the ease of a very seasoned professional. Mark gave me an estimated price for my property and he was spot on. He held several opens and private viewings and it seemed nothing was too much to arrange. Mark gave me some great advice on a few tips for selling and on the last open we decided to invite friends over for drinks and a bonfire. We sold that day for a fantastic price and Mark later described our open as one of the best he had ever seen. He later told me our open had the flavour of a carnival atmosphere and we had several prospective purchasers on the day. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark Dudley to any prospective Vendor or Purchaser. He is very reliable honest and a red hot dynamo when it comes to selling properties. I don't know how he does it, he always has a smile and informed advice for his clients. Thanks Mark, will definitely buy or sell with you again. Ps. I did not know Mark from a bar of soap before I first rang him. We are not related and I have not been paid or given any form of inducement to make the above comments.
