A very attentive sales agent

Gloria excelled in her sales role to get my property over the line. This was no easy task, with challenges presenting themselves throughout the process that she was able to reason through and get a good outcome. Gloria proved herself to be a very good communicator and used various methods to keep me informed throughout the whole process from start to go; this was very much appreciated as I have had bad experiences in the past with other agents. Gloria has a good knowledge base of the market and is honest in her appraisal of what can or can’t be achieved, so I was under no illusions of achieving a sale that was above expectations. She appears to have good negotiation skills, kept me informed at each step and was very professional from start to finish. If Gloria was to sell your property, I don’t think you’d be disappointed. For a further property to sell she is definitely my ‘go to’.
