Over and above expectations

Tiago and the team were great to have handling the sale of my property. After finding buyers (quite quickly I might add) who were rather particular in their requests for the property, Tiago negotiated all their wants and needs while keeping me in the loop. On top of that he negotiated with the tents I had renting the property as the buyers wanted a quick settlement. The end result was very happy buyers, the renters were very happy in how Tiago consulted with their needs also and I couldn't be happier with the sale price and professionalism from Tiago and the team.
