Skepticism became warm surprise

I’ve rented a lot over the years & some agent chains I refuse to rent with because of how badly they treat their tenants. First National is not on that list, but I began with a healthy dose of skepticism. I’ve been with Bribie Island now for about a month and here’s what I’ve learned: They are open more than closed. They are more readily available to answer your calls. You tend to be able to speak to the same people about your property. They have systems in place to help your initial move-in easier than other real estate agents. I had a plumbing issue that was rectified in two hours. I put in a request for some changes that were actioned and approved within a week. However, they have not yet been completed in the time frame given to me as yet. But that’s on the owner, not the agent. Everybody seems ridiculously friendly. It must be island living! I never thought I'd write a review for a real estate agent, let alone a positive one. But these guys deserve it.
