Excellent Agent

I have just sold a Holiday Let unit on Bribie Island and Alaine Scarman from First National Real Estate on Bribie Island was the driving force behind this sale. It wasn’t an easy project as I wished to sell it as a going concern with it being fully furnished and equipped. This was more difficult than I had imagined but Alaine managed to bring it to fruition. I found the selling of this unit rather daunting as my husband had died a few months earlier and as he was the one to do all our negotiating and paper work in the past when we bought or sold properties I felt a bit at sea. I also found it a bit difficult living 1300 kilometres away and not exactly being a computer whiz. Alaine was very patient with me. Answering my many questions and guiding me through all the paper work and questions. She was also very helpful in a number of ways, above and beyond the call of duty. I would like to thank her for all she did for me and the help and advice she gave me. I wish her all the best in the future.
