Driveway - Is a shared driveway and a speed limit is imposed @ 20kph.
Parking – house has an open garage and space to park out the front for one other vehicle. As the horses use the paddocks adjoining the house – there is a walk way that needs to be kept clear. The driveway continues on to the second house and stables and must also be always kept clear.
Machinery - 4 0R 5 mornings a week the trainer uses a horse treadmill – starting around 7am and going for approx. an hour. This machine is noisy and may impact the quiet enjoyment for the tenant.
Yard – the yard is not fully fenced. The house surrounds a working farm and horse racing business.
