Authentic and welcoming, has the best interest of both the seller and buyer in mind

Ben was a refreshing and pleasant agent to deal with. I’ve been looking to buy a home for six months and Ben was the first agent I’ve encountered who has an authentic and warm personality. He exceeded expectations and went far beyond the typical agent. As this was my first home purchase as a single woman, the experience can be overwhelming, confusing and daunting. Ben was available at all times, both day and night for all queries I had, I didn’t go unanswered once. Ben was able to recommend trusted tradies, provide guidance and was happy to hold my hand throughout the entire sales process. He listened to both the seller and my needs, and sought to satisfy all without putting pressure on either. I’d like to make special note about a very unexpected and out of the ordinary event that had occurred during the sales process which should have been a very stressful event for both myself and the vendor. The seriousness of the event had created an opportunity for me to meet the seller and prior to entering, I had met Ben outside the home. True to his thoughtful nature, he arrived with a lovely bunch of flowers for the homeowner and navigated the situation calmly, openly and with empathy. I cannot recommend this agent enough. We never expect things to go sideways during the process but if they do, you definitely want Ben in your corner. The sale was quickly back on track, with a very happy vendor and a very happy buyer.
