We have known Avi professionally for about 7 years when she was already excelling in real estate in the Coffs Harbour area. We recently decided to sell our home in Nambucca Heads and asked Avi to be our agent. We have now sold it after a few short months, due to Avi! She also liaised with our tenants (to organise convenient open home times), our rental agency (to inform them of our intention to sell and when sold), as well as our- and the purchasers’ conveyancers (to keep everything progressing).
