The house is deceptively large with three generous double bedrooms and one single bedroom or study, three of which have built in wardrobes. The spacious and modern open plan kitchen/lounge/dining has polished timber floors and opens onto a massive front deck. The kitchen has a new electric cooktop and oven, plenty of bench space for the chef of the family. A dishwasher and heaps of storage complete the package.
For year round comfort, a reverse cycle split system air conditioner has been installed. The bathroom is the original "retro" design, separate shower and a full size bath.
A brief walk takes you to the Jetty Store for that litre of milk, coffee or newspaper, bait for the days fishing off the jetty and it's a short drive to Normanville or Yankalilla which has supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, and numerous shops. Enjoy a really great meal or afternoon tea at nearby Leonards Mill which has won numerous SA Tourism Awards.
Plenty of off street parking for 3-4 vehicle's easily so when family and friends arrive they don't need to park on the street, and a good size lock up double garage for two vehicles or the boat and a storage /workshop.
