Tracy Roberts (F/National Kalgoorlie) provides service that we all recognised once as predictable.

Tracy Roberts (Kalgoorlie First National) sold an investment property I had in Kalgoorlie recently. I have had 7 investment properties across Australia (3 in WA) and she was the first person / sales representative to actually phone me to ‘congratulate me’. Tracy is always incredibly polite, extremely customer service focused to both the seller and buyer, always keeping both parties up to date throughout the process. Tracy never wavered in her support to me as the ‘seller’, but equally kept giving me the pros and cons regarding the market at the time. She never tried to influence me, Just laid out the facts to let me make the decision but reminded me many times ‘I work for you’ to get you the best results. Tracy was with me from inception to the result, which I was extremely happy with. I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough in terms of honesty, integrity, knowledge and above all ensuring communication from: client to settlement agent, to bank to final settlement. Trust is what is required in these times and after communicating with many other agents and sales representatives, she was the only one who gave me a full report of the area and all the statistics of sales. We negotiated a cost effective 'marketing strategy' in terms of dollars. I'm only sorry she wasn’t in the other states to sell my other properties. Even when Tracy was incredibly ill she continued to SMS and email me with updates. I cannot thank her enough for her commitment and generosity with her time. 'Old fashion service' is hard to find now - but she has it in spades.
