Time and time again Simon Delivers

I initially met Simon around three years ago after someone asked him to approach me about selling something not on the market. I was fairly disinterested in the potential sale to say the least (as wasn’t finished with what I wanted to achieve with the project), though he gained my respect with how professionally he conducted himself throughout it all. Since then I have dealt with Simon as a Vendor on multiple occasions. I find he not only listens, but ensures he understands your needs and motivations for the sales. Offering invaluable honest advice throughout. Simon has consistently not only sold our properties, but he achieved greater results then what we (or the valuers) anticipated, quite significantly with one in particular. There wasn’t a moment when selling where I didn’t feel like he was working on getting the best outcome for us, rather then just going for the ‘quick easy sale’ we hear about, or experience so often. I would definitely recommend Simon to anyone who is considering selling (or buying) a property or business, I have worked with many in the area and I find his service and sales results like no other.
