OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH BOB

I was initially recommended to First National by good friend of some 30 years whom already had great experiences over the previous 12 years with First National. However, I had been using another well known local agent from whom I had purchased 2 properties and allowed them to lease one of those properties. Unfortunately as a result of poor management by the other agent, I rang First National and Bob answered the phone. From that time on when he was asked to sell the property, my experience with Bob was very positive. He was always professional, kept me informed by email on a weekly basis and with any developments, returned phone calls, had purposeful discussions, provided realistic recommendations and delivered a good end result.
