One of if not the best agent we met while house hunting in Mudgee

The only reason negotiation has four stars instead of five is because we didn't negotiate on the price or anything really, but we are sure Dan would have done well with this criteria. Dan showed us a few houses in the area, answered a lot of questions and was able to handle dealing with four out of area purchasers, even though its only my parents moving to Mudgee. This house has everything they want and even when Dan hadn't heard from us in a few weeks, he was still great when we met to inspect the property we purchased and start the purchase process. Would definitely recommend him as an agent to others as he is friendly and professional.
