Sally was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was pleasant, not pushy, knew her properties and was organised and punctual. Nothing was too much trouble, and she responded quickly and efficiently whenever I requested information or advice. To offer such good service to us (as buyers) was both surprising and very much appreciated, and certainly made our purchase very smooth and easy.
