Remained enthusiastic throughout a difficult sale

We recently needed to sell our home as part of a deceased estate. The home had been in our family for over 50 years and whilst it was our home with lots of memories, after all that time, it was no longer the prettiest on the street but it has good bones and is in a great location. The home's age combined with Darwin's falling market, meant that Michael had something of a challenge on his hands and not surprisingly it took a bit longer to sell our home.
