Best property manager in Western Downs!

It's been more than 2 years since we purchased our investment property in Chinchilla and since then, First National Surat Basin has been managing our property. The ladies who manages our propeety are excellent at what they do. Ashley and Becky are superb and always on time. They are very strict in making sure the tenants are not in arrears. Regular inspections are on time and very detailed making sure that the property is in great condition. Also, looking after good quality tenants to make sure we maintain good relationship and all concerns are addressed in a timely manner. I have other investment properties in other states managed by other property managers, and I should say, First National Surat Basin in Chinchilla has set the bar so high I had to change my other property managers who aren't performing. Highly recommended property manager!
