Andy was the selling agent for the property that I bought, that is now my new home. I was so impressed with his professionalism, his high level of communication and his ability to deal with the challenges that came with the purchase, that I decided I would ask him to sell my former home. Although it was outside his usual selling market (units and house blocks, mine was acreage), he approached the sale with full enthusiasm. the property presented extremely well online and after one week of viewings, Andy had 5 offers for me.
