Persistent Issues and Poor Management: Frustration Over Unresolved Problems in New Unit

In my first month living here, I've encountered several issues that have yet to be resolved. Unfortunately, the staff's response has been inefficient, leading to financial losses on my part. Despite my efforts, numerous emails and text messages—I’ve either received no response or vague replies that offer no real solutions. I’m frustrated with the ongoing lack of communication and the inability to address these problems effectively.
