Helpful when feeling hopeless

The housing market in Melbourne has been a new and different experience for us. The application process is riddled with what sometimes feels like overwhelmingly unnecessary ‘required’ information. The sheer scope of attendees to viewings can leave one feeling hopeless and often times the realtors are overworked or give the impression that one looking for a home is just helpless. Our realtors listened to our concerns, gave updates as possible, and went to bat for us to help our success in securing a home.
