Andrew was proactive in advising where things were at with the sale, provided all the information I needed to make decisions, and always followed up in a timely manner. He was patient in explaining, and didn't just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. He provided choices, the positives and negatives of each and the decisions were mine to make. All of this was provided in a timely, friendly way. Andrew was also incredibly proactive in promoting my property, and made himself available whenever anyone wanted to have an inspection. He was very professional.
